Learner's Digest International, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer Health, is a medical education, media and software company. LDI captures, produces, and distributes medical education programs directly to doctors, nurses and other medical professionals.
• Served as member of the Learner's Digest Executive Team, which set and executed strategy for the division.
• Managed $12 million in strategic partnerships with preeminent medical societies, including American College of Cardiology, American Diabetes Association and American Psychiatric Association.
• Led team of project managers responsible for developing and executing client projects and overall client satisfaction.
• Developed, executed and refined strategy to sell Learner’s Digest SaaS medical education products through Wolters Kluwer’s institution sales team, including pricing strategy and ongoing product enhancements. Sold $500K through new channel during pilot period.
• Wrote internal sales training materials, conducted all sales training and created client facing documents for sales team to utilize with prospects and clients.
• Conducted needs assessment for new software, created internal business case for approval, evaluated vendor, negotiated pricing and contract terms and oversaw implementation of new software.
Client Engagement Manager
• Led cross-functional teams responsible for delivering co-branded medical education projects with society partners, including defining project specifications, marketing, trade show coordination, content delivery, education, technology, e-commerce and distribution.
• Launched two generations of new user interface for On Demand products, including collecting client and end user feedback, evaluating external vendors, overseeing development process with vendor and internal IT teams and managing product testing.
